Melissa Bio PhotoMelissa has served as DrumART.com's VP of MMS since day one.  Before day one, in fact.  Way before.  It has been her encouragement and tolerance that have made DrumART.com possible.

With nearly 20 years experience in corporate marketing, branding and human resources, Melissa brings to the table a unique perspective that blends effective marketing with a focus on people over product.  From our innovative client-focused ad campaigns to the way we handle day-to-day customer service, all we do stems from her singular focus on customer involvement and satisfaction in our products and services.

In additon to her role at DrumART.com, Melissa also serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Healthcare Association of New York State.  HANYS represents and advocates on behalf of all New York's hospitals and health systems at all levels of the federal and state government.  Prior to joining HANYS, Melissa served as Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at Capital Communications (Cap Com) Federal Credit Union in Albany, NY for 17 years. Cap Com FCU has over $800 million in assets, more than 70,000 members, over 220 employees and eight branches.

When she's not working, working or working, Melissa enjoys skiing, biking, golf, the beach, time with her family and playing with our Director of Security.
