Does the artwork affect the sound of the drum?

The answer to this question is "no" -- at least not in any meaningful way. We have taken great care to develop a printing and application process that results in the most vivid, vibrant print ANDthe best sound possible.  Because the best-looking custom bass drumhead isn't worth a dime if it makes your drum sound like a cardboard box or if the print flakes, chips or fades over time.
