Help - Ordering and Shipping

That depends on the way you ordered and your submitted artwork.  Mockups are not sent for orders formatted through our HeadBuilder app -- the head you build is the head you will receive.  For orderes placed using our legacy "Leave the work to us" order process, proof turnaround is dependent on submitted artwork quality.  Please see the matrix below for some general rules of thumb:

*Again, this help article does not apply to heads purchased through the HeadBuilder. For HeadBuilder orders,
the image shown on the Order Confirmation page serves as the mockup for your order, and your custom head will be produced accordingly.

Type Description Turnaround
"A" Artwork High-quality raster art (Layered Adobe Photoshop Document, TIFF, JPG, BMP, etc. at 3000 x 3000 pixels or larger) or vector artwork (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, vector PDF, vector EPS, etc.) 1-2 Business Days or fewer
"B" Artwork 1000 x 1000 pixels - 3000 x 3000 pixels raster art 3-4 Business Days or fewer
"C" Artwork Less than 1000 x 1000 pixel raster art or other "non-standard" file formats like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, etc. 5-7 Business Days or fewer
From Concept Design based on your description, doodle on a piece of paper, scan, scrapbook, whatever. TBD - based on project scope

Please feel free to send us your artwork for evaluation.  That way we can let you know if there will be any issues before you order.

Also, please note that orders placed using our "Leave the work to us" order process include one mockup and one revision.  Additional mockup revisions are subject to a $15/mockup charge if requested.
