Drummers LOVE our custom bass drum heads, and there's virtually nothing we can't do for them. Over the years we've made more than 8,500 heads, hundreds of them as holiday gifts for the families of our fellow drummers. Here's the scoop:

• Domestic orders placed up to Saturday, December 19th will ship by Monday, December 21st via whatever method will get the head to you by the 24th. If you're anywhere from the East Coast to the Midwest, that probably means FedEx Ground. If you're between the Rockies and the West Coast, that probably means USPS Express Mail. There will be no additional shipping charge to get your order to you in time.
• International orders placed up to Saturday, December 12th will be shipped byMonday, December 14th which should give packages enough time in transit. Unfortunately, this is highly dependent on customs and border security, so that is not a guarantee, just an educated guess. Sorry we can't be more specific.

Our turnaround times range from one to three DAYS of your order, not weeks or months like other places. This means that orders placed up to Monday, December 21st have a chance of making a Christmas Eve appearance! Again, seriously. I'm not kidding.

Okay, okay...I said "possibility." Sounds like "legalese," right? What it really means is that, if your artwork is in good shape and you're responsive to e-mail, we'll have your mockup out the same day and your head out the door on the following day.
